How do I request a quote?
Add products to your cart or use Request a quote. CTE confirms configuration, availability, shipping, tax, and the final total before acceptance.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. After CTE reviews the request, we can send a payable QuickBooks Online invoice. No card details are entered on this site.
Can I use a purchase order?
Yes. PO requests are reviewed and approved by CTE. Include your PO number and project details at checkout.
Can the assistant create a parts list?
It can draft a catalog-grounded list from a question or PDF. CTE must verify ratings, compatibility, quantities, and availability.
How do I save a BOM?
Create a customer account, then save a cart or build a BOM in My account. Prices refresh from the current catalog when reused.
How do I track an order?
Use Track an order with your CTE order number. Tracking is available after CTE confirms the order and carrier information.
