Shipping and delivery
CTE confirms shipping cost, delivery method, and estimated lead time with each order. Catalog availability and lead times are budgetary until confirmed.
How delivery works
After a PO is approved or a QuickBooks invoice is paid, CTE releases the order for fulfillment. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or require a confirmed lead time.
Address changes
Contact CTE as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
